How long does delivery take?

It takes 1-2 days to process your order. For UK deliveries, once your order has been shipped, it will be aimed at being delivered within 3-5 working days.

Does my order delivery include tracking?

Yes, tracking information is provided with every order. An email confirming delivery will be sent to you, along with a tracking number for use on the Royal Mail website.

Can I return my order?

Custom (personalised) plaques are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific product.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted by us. We also give customers the choice to pay using well-known digital payment services like Apple Pay and PayPal.
