Refund policy
When purchasing products from Nimah Decor all customers have a 14 day return period. This means that the customer has the right to return back their order within the 14 day grace period. Return shipping is provided by us free of charge for all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as personalised items) are non refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We know that timely delivery is important to our customers, therefore we work hard to make sure that every purchase is delivered on time. We would like to let customers know that refunds will not be given in cases when delivery times are delayed because of unforeseeable events outside of our control.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance the needs of our customers and the costs of processing cancellations.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
